Job Description
• Quickbooks weekly data entry – weekly enter expenses from Credit cards, Checks, and Payroll
• Integrate payroll timesheets broken down by job & task with Paychex, using their ledger system & ERP
• Reconcile credit card & checking accts
• Cash Flow Analysis
• Track Equipment rental expenses by project

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Accountant - CPA
• Has 3 to 5 years of US Accounting Experience
• Familiar with Payroll, Cost Accounting, Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Good Communication Skills
