Product Manager & Marketer

PHP 24,000 - 30,000 per month package (total of basic salary, allowances, incentives & health insurance) depending on candidate's skills and experience, with travel opportunities and alternative career path. Suits proactive, creative and self-managed professional. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Product Development:

evaluate potential new products based on technical attributes, pricing, manufacturer’s support, competition and market demand.Develop product launch plan including sales force training, sales collateral and after-sales support, then take an active part in implementation.Work closely with account managers to identify and exploit sales opportunities for new products.

Product Management & Marketing:

Achieve sales revenue and unit sales targets for a portfolio of medical equipment.Develop and implement product positioning, pricing, distribution strategies and promotions strategies for each product line.Provide ongoing marketing, pricing, technical, commercial and practical support to account managers to enable them to reach more sales prospects and close more sales.Assist Account Managers in closing sales with creative product strategies.Manage product inventory and initiate re-stocking based on inventory turn-over.Monitor competitive activities and marketing trends to enable the company to make strategic adjustments.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Medical Sciences or Business.Required skill(s): Communication (verbal & written), Presentation, Negotiation, Networking, Marketing Strategy.Required language(s): English, Filipino. Ability to speak a major regional dialect like Ilocano and Cebuano will be highly regarded.Ability to drive a car will be highly regarded.Fresh graduates who are keen to pursue a career in product development and marketing will be considered and, if selected, will be offered a fully paid cadetship period.
