Bachelor's Degree in NursingMust be a Registered Nurse with an active PRC licenseAt least 2-3 years of Occupational health work experience in a corporate/ industrial setting is preferred but not required (also open to fresh graduatesExperience in dealing with all types of people, situations (particularly in an emergency and critical situation), and environmentExperience in DOLE Regulatory complianceHaving OHNAP (Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines) certification is preferredMust possess valid training in Basic Life Support (BLS), First-Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Red Cross certification preferred)Optional BOSH (Basic Occupational, Safety, & Health) certificate is preferred but not requiredMust be able to work independently, possess a high sense of responsibility, good judgment, and decision-making skills, resources management skills, excellent organizational and communication skills•Proficient in MS Office applications and must possess the ability to conduct research via the internet and varied sources (Vlookupand PowerPoint presentation)Willing to work in multiple locations, on shifting schedules, render weekend duty and long hours of work as necessaryMust be willing to work from home when needed

As part of our growth, your tasks will be:

Attends daily employee/client's health needs and facilitate the transfer of patients that needs emergency careAdministers first aid and basic life support when the need arisesTelemedicine across AORCollaborates with a physician, co-nurses, and OSH Supervisor/Manager to devise individualized care plans for patients/employeesDispenses over-the-counter drugs and prescribes medications accordingly.Manages, facilitates, and maintains systematic filing and storage of employees’ records in matters of Pre-placement Examination, Annual Physical examination, and other relevant records, and reportsPerforms on-time Medical Certificate validation and issuance of Fit to WorkEnsures accurate Clinic Trackers for Employee Health Monitoring such as but not limited to Covid Monitoring, Telemedicine, and EHS AppPrepares and maintains Monthly Clinic Operation Updates, Annual Medical Reports, and other pertinent reports as required
