Job Summary:

The Research & Development Scientist is in charge of overall management and execution of packaging development for new products, alternate supplier, and innovations and technology driven projects.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

Identify innovative ideas and implement packaging innovation projects in the UL Skin Sciences Inc. pipeline.Designs machinability and filling validation protocol based on packaging requirements and filling line set-up.Support marketing operations in promo packaging development and packaging requirements for e-commerce.Identify risks in the packaging development projects, provides mitigating action and resolves packaging related issues.

Success Profile:

Ideal candidate is a team player with good analytical and evaluative skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Engineering or equivalent Engineering courses.Must have around 4 years related work experience in Packaging Development. Experience in personal care is a plus.Knowledgeable in Mould Development and Packaging Quality.Knowledgeable in Packaging Laboratory Testing and GMP principles.
