Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Sr. Market Measurement and Analytics Associate.
The Sr. Market Measure and Analytics Associate is responsible for the maintenance of accurate, comprehensive market data and its timely reporting and analysis to enable the business to identify gaps and opportunities and act accordingly. He/she performs the standard analysis, and from time-to-time takes on data analytics projects to answer specific business issues. Key responsibilities include:
Working closely with market measurement suppliers, enabling high quality data and report delivery for fact-ba
sed business tracking.Co
nsolidates data and designs impactful resorts/scorecards to inform decision-makingMaintains repository of historical data (both internal and external) and utilizes it accordingly to provided meaningful analysis to drive business growthHelps develop analytics/data analysis capability for the Co
nsumer and Market Insights Team
What are the Responsibilities?
1. Maintains market measurement tools are in place, and act as expert advisor to the company of these tools
Knows strengths and limitations of each tool, when and how to apply what research tool (i.e. Nielsel Retail Audit, Homepanel, Industry reports, estimates and forecasts)Helps e
valuate tools and reports, and develops tools/reports and estimated as needed
2. Helps in the design and development of business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards for senior management
Works with suppliers and internal enterprise analytics to set-up process for producing reports and designs scorecards accordinglyDelivers regular performance analysis to mo
nitor performance of business, to locate risk and discover potential business opportunities
3. Analyze operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision making
Performs adhoc business analysis, to drill down on certain business challenges, providing co
nclusions and advice ba
sed on data analysis
4. Support other key elements of the CMI Agenda, including but not limited to:

What are the Qualifications?
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in BS StatisticsAt least 3 years' of experience in Market Research, preferably in Co
