JOB QUALIFICATION/S:

Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology graduateAt least has a 1 year of work experience is preferred, but we are open for Fresh GraduatesWorking experience specializing in Powdered Mixes is an advantageKnowledgeable in GMP,HACCP and Food Safety Management SystemsFamiliarity with the sensory evaluation test, physical-chemical and regulatory standard 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Implements the R&D planned scheduled.Research, introduce new ideas and prepare products based from sample request.Conducts batch trial for new / revised formulations and new raw materials.Ensure that all monitoring forms are submitted to R&D Manager completely, accurately and on time.Protect company proprietary information, manuals, formulation and records.Maintain and safeguard company issued tools and equipment.Monitor incoming sample from production and to conduct comparative test between the retention sample and the finished product.
