JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is primarily responsible for the growth of a region and achievement of Targets on Sales Attainment, Quality Service Cleanliness (QSC) Excellence, Same Store Sales Growth, Store Count, Moving UP (Store Expansion) and Franchise Profitability. The RFM manages all aspects of running an efficient sales team, including hiring, supervising, coaching, disciplining, and motivating direct-reports.
