Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an import Associate

The import Associate is responsible for monitoring and ensuring timely delivery of incoming sea/air shipments in accordance with the policies of URC/JG group of companies and all applicable government laws/regulations to drive and sustain process and systems improvements.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

1.Prepare documentation for assigned shipments

Timely submission of Request for payment for duties/taxes and destination charges Filing and approval of insurance Submission of required docs for post filingE-filing of documents Limit non-standard charges to less than P2,500/container Release shipments within free time 

2.Release shipments within free time Provide regular shipments updates to stakeholders for quality customer service

Customer Satisfaction  Completion of required fields in SAPMonitoring tool 

3.Monitor and submit required docs for telex shipments and insurance claims 

Timely submission of required docs  

4.Ensure systems issues are properly addressed 

Stakeholder and end user satisfaction 

5.Administrative Functions

Submit daily monitoring report on the status of shipments 

What are the Qualifications?

Graduate of BS Customs Administration or related course With good interpersonal and communication skills and good moral character Computer literate
