Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Law or equivalent.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.Can draft contracts and other legal documents (corporate documents)Responsible for the preparation of documents for Immigration and company incorporation.Preparation of bank account opening, due diligence and KYC documents for companies based in overseas.Can speak Chinese is an advantage.
