Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Overall responsible in processing and filing of legal documents such as permits, clearances or licenses to different private or public entities;Responsible for providing assistance to the members of his department in preparing, communicating, and safekeeping of legal documents, corporate records and other vital information;Drafts and reviews various kinds of corporate documents and applications to government agencies and similar instruments;Coordinates with the operating units on the corporate and government requirements and monitors its compliance to standards set by the corporate and government agencies;Monitors deadlines, expiration of business permits, and licenses of the company and its remote offices as set by the government offices;Assist the immediate superior in coordinating with the other officers of the company with regard to the need of the other departments;Maintains corporate records, files and other information as confidential, when necessary;Liaise and prepares documents in connection with various applications with different government agencies specifically with SEC, BIR, LRA/RD, SSS, Pag-IBIG and other government agencies for various applications, registration and submissions; Monitor and review government regulations to ensure that the company is aware of new requirements and is operating within the law;Research and investigate facts of cases to determine appropriate courses of action and help prepare resolutions for settlement;Engages in field assignments due to errands related to applying, obtaining permits, titles, documents and other important business requirements;

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the position, (i.e. Administration/Management, Legal Management, Political Science or equivalent). With Law units earned is advantage.2 years of gained experience in government transactions or related field is advantage.Knowledgeable in processing Company Legal documents.Must be willing to do field works.
