Job Description
Respond to emails and answer phone calls. Schedule appointments, monitor hearings and update the calendar of tasks.Organize events and seminars.Liquidate department’s expenses.Processes billings of external legal counsels.Keep department’s files.Draft Pro-forma documents and assist notarization.Monitor stockholders' and board of directors’ resolutions.Prepare Minutes of the Meeting.Monitor compliance with government agencies (e.g. SEC applications and Data Privacy Registration).Perform legal research.Control content templates. 

Minimum Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or Public Administration.Must be organized and has an eye for detail.Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent oral and written communication skills.Experience in the field is an advantage but not required.
