Job Description

MicroSourcing Philippines Inc. is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to handle Paid Social and SEM campaigns! Our client is an Australian plant-powered nutrition program that specializes in creating superfood-packed meals. 

Responsibilities:

Monitor content quality for Paid Social Advertising: online creatives, ad copies, landing pages.Propose local initiatives and tests to improve performanceevaluate SEM keywords quality and relevancyAnalyze big data sets to identify opportunities for your clients to improve media investmentsAccount budgeting and pacingSupport the performance marketing team to plan, execute and analyze all digital marketing activities including Paid Search, Display, Social, Video, and Mobile.Build, maintain and analyze weekly/monthly performance reporting to share with the teamEnsure reports are 100% accurate and include detailed findings and insightCoordinate and execute creative and ad copy test and learn plan for Paid Search, Display, and Social to improve CTR and CVR.

 Qualifications:

3-5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, specifically managing Paid Social and SEM campaignsGood understanding of digital channel landscape, including hands-on experience in at least two of the following channels: SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Video.You have excellent communication and content writing skills (short & long form) in EnglishExperience with campaign tracking and tag management toolsProven track record in performance marketing, preferably with a background in subscription servicesStrong Excel knowledge including the ability to run formulas, V Lookups and Pivot TablesUnderstanding of campaign performance metrics for digital marketing. e.g. CTR, CVR, CPAExperience with Google Analytics & Google Marketing PlatformExcellent time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAn adaptable problem solver with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly & apply your new knowledgefastAn ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environmentGood analytical mind, you are able to generate insights from data sets and turn them into actionsYou have an eye for details and understand the impact of small changes on creatives and ad copiesMust be willing to work on a dayshift schedule, and on a PERMANENT WFH SETUP
