We’re a challenger brand - we’ve always walked our own path, not afraid to go left when others go right – and now we’re hunting for two creative and results-driven marketing extraordinaire’ to join our team and help drive our marketing activities to the next level.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with the Marketing Coordinator to develop and maintain digital marketing campaignsDeliver regular reporting on campaign activity to the Marketing CoordinatorManage point of sale customer material and internal brand collateralChampion the brand guidelines and ensure consistencyManage social media channelsAffiliate marketing and media relationsMarket research and competitor analysisBack and front end website and content managementAssist with event set up including stand set-up and deliver innovative ways to engage Business PartnersAssist in organising virtual events such as webinarsEmail marketing to keep clients and stakeholders engaged and up-to-dateContinuously monitor all activities and look for improvementsWHAT YOU'LL NEED:Proactive nature, ‘can do’ attitude, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in!At least two years’ experience in digital marketingQualifications in marketing, media communications or similarUnderstanding of campaign monitoring tools such as but not limited to Google Analytics and Facebook Business SuiteExcellent writing and editing skillsHigh attention to detailData-driven approach, strong numeracy and analytical skillsEmail marketing & automation workflow experienceDesign skills and experience with Adobe suite and editing software (we do have a full-time graphic designer, but you will need to get creative on the fly!)You must be quick, nimble, flexible, adaptable and think well outside of the boxA passion for marketing and adding some creativity and flair!Experience using and updating a CRM (preferred but not essential)Understanding of finance and home loan market (preferred but not essential) WE OFFER:The right person will be remunerated according to experienceDynamic, fun working environment (bring your banter)Flexibility – hybrid work set up
