As a Digital Marketing Designer, you will be an instrumental member of our team, helping to drive client growth through high-performing designs and informing our creative workflow and process. You will work with a wide array of leading companies as an extension of their team to help them hit their acquisition goals by creating best-in-class, high-performing creative assets for social and display advertising networks.
Responsibilities:
● Produce beautiful, attention-grabbing creative assets (static image, GIF, video ads, and/or landing pages) that are informed by data
● Iterate on creative concepts based on performance data and internal/client feedback
● Develop design templates and design standards to ensure brand integrity throughout internal and external facing projects
● Collaborate with our creative team on a process and strategy for developing an internal creative workflow
You are:
● An experienced Digital Marketing Designer with a portfolio of work including paid social media (static and video) ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
● Design-driven, but employ a strategy-led approach to executing visual concepts
● Well versed in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing
● Able to communicate and back up design decisions in a client setting
● Very familiar with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere for editors, and other industry-standard motion graphics applications.
● Able to multitask, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests
● A self-starter, proactive, strong communicator (both internal & external)
● Skilled at and thrive working 100% remotely
● Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule.
● This is on a permanent WFH setup!
