Research & Affiliate Services Virtual Staff
COMPANY
Cebu-based ExDigita Inc. is a subsidiary of Globalis Media Inc. The company provides virtual staff and outsourced services to international clients, including, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, research, digital design, and other services.
STATUS
Can be Freelancer or Employee. Fulltime. Work from home.
RELATIONSHIPS
Report to the Senior Manager, Research & Affiliate Services. Work closely with foreign clients.
PROCESS
We will train you in various functional areas, which may include online research, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, advertising compliance, CRM use, email marketing, and other digital marketing functions. Of course, you will be fully paid while you train.
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Perform various types of online research
o Perform various affiliate marketing tasks using top affiliate network platforms
o Prepare campaign performance reports, make screen shots, upload images
o Perform compliance tasks such as audits on client ads, affiliate ads, ad landing pages, etc.
o Support advertising sales for clients that are web publishers
o Do visual quality assurance of digital images
o Set up and implement email and mobile marketing campaigns
o Enter data into clients’ marketing database
o Check product feeds
REQUIREMENTS
o College or University Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree
o Minimum of one year of work experience in a business environment
o Genuine interest in online marketing and doing the tasks listed above
o Can commit to fulltime work
o Genuinely interested in ongoing work with ExDigita, and not just a temporary gig
o Have your own computer with at least an i5 processor or equivalent, preferably 8GB of RAM, and a reliable Internet connection
o Good written and oral communication skills in English (English test required)
o Willing to work days, evenings, or nights; most of our work is evenings and nights.
o Very good skills in Excel and Word; knowledge of PowerPoint, or any marketing automation apps is a plus
o Tech savvy, digital savvy, and able to learn tech platforms and apps quickly
o Mature, responsible, dependable, trustworthy, honest, with a high level of integrity
o Organized, careful, detail-oriented, focused, and committed to perform accurate, high-quality work
o Able to work independently without constant supervision
o Able to handle a variety of tasks effectively and efficiently
o Experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, online research, CRM usage (e.g., HubSpot or Sales Force), or any kind of digital marketing are all pluses
o Experience working with English-speaking clients or customers is a plus
