about the role

We're looking for a smart person who loves technology and data to join our customer success team in a new role that involves creating campaign performance reports for our advertising clients.

The role involves:

Helping clients to understand the success of their programs through comprehensive reportingCollecting, collating and presenting information from a variety of digital platforms into informative campaign reportsIdentifying, documenting, and working with multiple teams and tech platforms to increase client satisfaction.

This role that would suit someone who is fantastically organized and comfortable liaising with business professionals in the North America and UK region.

The successful candidate will have:

An interest in advertising and digital marketingSome professional experience working in advertising, ad operations, technology or data analysisThe ability to work across a large number of clients, campaigns and platformsThe ability to apply skills on different levels simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentGreat organizational skills, with excellent planning and project coordination skillsExcellent English communication skillsThe drive and diligence to perform the administration necessary to support the goals of a growing and ambitious media companyAbility to work in the night shift from Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am
