As the Product Marketing Coordinator of a fast-growing SaaS platform, you will combine your passion for communications and digital marketing to build and engage audiences for lead generation and client retention. You will work with a cross functional teams to discover new growth opportunities while executing across online and offline channels to activate, engage and retain our clients. You’ll develop yourself to be a voice of care providers and care teams, understanding their pain points and helping them find solutions and unlock value from our Platform while developing the brand and market position.
How you will add value and succeed in this role:
Work closely with the Head of Growth to drive adoption, engagement and retention of the product in order to deliver on growth targets.Assist with product positio
ning across website, lifecycle, social, print, campaigns and all client communications to ensure this positio
ning is maintained across all touchpointsCollaborate with the cross-functio
nal team to understand product features and plan, execute and iterate the benefits via Go-to-Market activitiesBuild an experimentation and growth hacking skillset and share results regularly with key stakeholders, while identifying the need for improvements in lifecycle programs to further drive growth.
