Responsible for the sale of TOSTEM products to assigned accounts (partners and end users) listed in the List of Accounts per Account Manager and to other accounts that may be assigned in the future.Responsible for qualifying and appointing new installer partners based from given AOP targetsDevelops annual, quarterly and monthly business plans which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.Conducts effective product and proposal presentations that will make prospects know about TOSTEM and its products and services, identify prospects business problems, uncovering client needs and presenting ways that our products can add value by using established company presentation templates or by creating tailor-fit presentations.Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.Takes active involvement in order management, inventory control and allocation, pricing strategies, contract management, collection and product delivery with the assigned accounts.
