Role Purpose The Production Manager oversees and coordinates all marketing and front-end production tasks, including briefing and management of new website development, landing pages, advertising production, and the commissioning of relevant photography and video content, to support ongoing customer experience optimization. The role acts as a main conduit between marketing and IT/development functions, having ownership of key marketing deliverables, as well as coordination of tasks with designers and content creators.
The breadth of the role requires an ability to shift between technical and creative-based tasks easily, manage “big picture” tasks as well as tactical tasks, and simultaneously coordinate people and processes across a range of projects.

Coordinate the production of websites and other digital assets, including project scoping and design, coordination of resources including developers and designers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and optimal performance. Manage relatio

ntact for Country Managers and Department Heads regarding any production related projects, including website updat
es, listing information updates, and support with local production requirements. Manage the production of all product-related assets outside of websites, including guest guides, menus etc, liasing with country managers and operations teams to ensure accuracy of content, and with design and IT teams for production needs. Coordinate the production of advertising and other marketing materials, including email templates, in collaboration with the marketing manager and designers. Required skills
Higher education to a minimum of Bachelor level, preferred in marketing, design or IT-related area of study. Experience with managing web, digital and creative teams and an ability to drive a project forward to ensure it meets its deadlines. Have an eye for design and an eye for figures.
