Job Description

Position Overview

An appointment setter contacts customers who have made inquiries or have concerns related to their account, purchase experience, or product use.

A typical day for an outbound customer service representative includes calling suppliers to check for available air conditioner parts, identifying customers’ needs, researching customer issues, and providing prompt, clear solutions via phone calls. You will be documenting all customer interactions in a CRM system. Exceptional verbal communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to build strong relationships are important for outbound customer service representatives.

Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valuedEngage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as neededUtilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriatelyUnderstand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer serviceMake sales via cold calling and utilizing email marketing campaigns for products or services that may better suit client needsAdhere to all company policies and procedures

about the Candidate:

Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voiceUnderstanding of company products, services, and policiesProficiency with computers, especially with Outlook Office 365 and Google calendar, strong typing skillsMust have CRM experience. HubSpot is an advantage.Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situationsAdaptability and accountabilityAbility to make/answer high volume of calls and/or emails dailyMust have experience in cold calling and sales (2 years)Must have good customer service call center skillsMust have experience with email set up for cold campaignsExcellent communication skills and keen to details.Knowledgeable of Clikup and Slack for team communication and tasksCan schedule appointments using Google and Outlook Calendar for potential clientsCan perform email marketing management
