Job Description

• Manage day-to-day site search/merchandising to best present products, offers, and promotions to maximize the site and product conversion

• Oversee all products (content and imagery) on the e-Commerce site

• Assist in the development of and help execute the e-Commerce and content strategy to drive sales, engagement, and conversion

• Manage and analyze weekly and monthly reporting on key web performance metrics, providing actionable insight on customer patterns and behaviors to achieve team and business KPIs and improve marketing tactics.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in an eCommerce role

• Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics data

• Experience within an online fashion retailer

• Experience with Google Analytics and proven ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way

• Experience with CMS systems, previous Magento experience will be highly preferred
