Job Brief

The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for leading the company’s online store and will work with cross functional teams and third party (payments, logistics) to manage all aspects of the ecommerce business including business planning, content strategy, promotions/campaigns, online marketing & merchandising, website analysis and customer service in order to accelerate sales.

Responsibilities:

Developing the e-commerce strategy/plan by generating traffic, improving conversion and profitabilityManages ecommerce including all costs from website, payments and logisticsAnalyze ecommerce site and assortment demand based on digital marketing pushesCollaborates with Merchandising Planning, Operations/ Warehouse Teams and Customer Service to ensure sales and distribution are maximized

Requirements:
