WHAT IS A/AN EVENTS MARKETING COORDINATOR?

Our awesome client, a leading Merchandising company based in US is looking for a/an Events Coordinator to be part of their marketing and sales team.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

Ideate, source, and quote products based on client needs and expectationsBuild client facing presentationsEnter and maintain accurate CRM dataMeet deadlines as assignedEffectively manage and prioritize a daily task list as assigned by your internal team.Understand and adhere to account brand guidelinesWork with assigned account managers in driving company value and meeting customer needs.Initiate and maintain vendor relationships through detailed communicationsAn understanding of negotiation tactics to maximize profitsMaintain flexibility during times of ambiguityWork as a team with sales and production to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Other job duties and projects as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Customer Service skills – proven ability to deal effectively with clients.Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel expertiseAbility to learn and maintain processes while working in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Detail OrientedMulti-tasking – ability to juggle multiple projects.Basic Understanding of how to help a client drive differentiation and brand value.Must be amenable to work at nightMust be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
