JOB SUMMARY:
Manage the Direct and Channel Sales Team for KARL STORZ product portfolio. Manage the growth in sales revenue through planning, motivating and management of Sales Team and achieve sales goals of the organization.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and Perform sales activities with the Direct and Distribution Sales Team and review the progress of sales outcome to meet the company target sales.Hold regularly weekly meeting for direct sales teams and mo
nthly meetings for channel sales teams on update and progress of sales.Budget and forecast for sales revenue for the direct sales and channel sales team.Coaching and mentoring of direct and channel sales teams and employing companyresources to meet customers' satisfaction.Motivate and engage sales teams on their co
ntacts and rapport with customers. Bringing value add in terms of product knowledge and commercial support that helps to build good relatio
nship and lead to closing of sales.Gather market information to establish new sales account and improve market growth and share.Implement short- and long-term sales strategies ba
sed on 5 year plan, with direct and channel sales team.Review and manage the sales performance of the direct and channel sales teams.Manage the budget for local initiated events.Render support to the Marketing Team to promote and launch new product portfolios.Manage budget and cost of various Demo loaners.Maintain close relatio
nships with clients and strive to acquire new networks and accounts.Support the Direct and Channel Sales Team on daily sales operations and tender projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Business Administration, Marketing and Sales or any related is preferred.At least ten (10) years of working experience is Sales out of which at-least 5 years in the medical device sales.Experience in similar role with leading and motivating teams including account mapping and accurate sales forecasting.Co
nsistent sales target achievement track record.Good insights in Medical Device industry including information of market pricing structures.Possession of excellent time management skills.Excellent people management skills to be able to work effectively with all members of the team.Good analytical, numerical, computation skills and business judgement.Strong computer proficiencyAbility to work under pressure.
