Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:

Any 4-year course related to Business Administration, Office Administration, Entrepreneurship, etc.At least one (1) year of relevant experience in retail industry.Knowledge in SAP 4 Hanna is an advantage.Willing to be assigned in Head Office located at 6th Avenue, Caloocan City.Amenable to render overtime (if needed).Hardworking newly graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Functions:

Monitor Weekly Sales Turn-Over report and updates Sales Director, Operations Manager, and Area Managers on the status.Assist the Inventory Supervisor on consolidating and updating store inventory.Encode and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales, feedback report, year-to date sales, operating expenses and Sales Performance into the Sales Performance Template Report.Encode and updates daily, weekly and monthly inventory into the Inventory Template Report.Submit Monthly consolidated sales report to Operations Manager for review.Generate or encodes all reports related to Sales and Inventory.Generate and identifies top selling and fast-moving items from SAP.Communicate in verbal and written form with team members.Use Excel for encoding and consolidating all data from stores.Answer to emails, telephone, or face to face inquiries.Perform any task related to sales and inventory to support the team.
