I. Retail Marketing and Sales Promotion
Supports the brand general manager in the development and execution of in-store marketing/sales programs: store-specific events, trade shows / events, counter activities, GWP promotions and monitoring, in-store leads generation and thePerson-in-charge for all o
nline retailing activities in: Shopify, Look Online, ShopSM and other retailer-lead o
nline platforms;Provides relevant co
nsumer insights, purchasing habits/preferences and competitor informatio
nSupports the brand general manager in amplifying local brand development strategies (B2B) with the goal of increasing demand with retail partners and getting products in front of customers (listing of SKUs, pricing changes, inventory, product disco
ntinuation / delisting)Supports the brand general manager in the execution of seaso
nal kiosks, trade shows, retailer events
II. Sales Operations
Works closely with the Creative Design & Marketing Sr. Executive in the execution of visual merchandising updates, collaterals for in-store promotions, animation opportunities and the likeIn charge of mo
nitoring of timely recording/submission of: sales reports, GWP inventory, promotion results, store-initiated/store-specific sale events, tie-ups/collaborations, and the like.Provides qualitative feedback on store campaigns, counter activities and other marketing programs particularly a
bout impact on sales, areas of improvement, BA engagement and customer response, when applicable Assists in daily management of BA issues, requests, schedules and end of day reporting (including weekend coordination)Performs weekly store visits to produce above-listed reports, feedback and recommendatio
nsProvides support in the execution of BA Training; Able to perform training/coaching to sales force, when needed

Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Retail Management or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant work experienceSales & marketing experience in a retail enviro
nment is a must; With experience handling Bas / sales executives / field workforce or was a part ofBackground in cosmetics / beauty industry, a plus
Skill Sets
Strong communication and presentation/project management skillsProactive, self-starter who can work under minimal supervisio
nExcellent time management skills; Does not mind mobile coordination during weekendsData management skills, a plus
