Execute direction and sales strategies relative to volume shopping to achieve or improve sales targets.Mo
nitors and analyzes sales performance and transaction reports to determine possible areas of improvement.Attends and ensures that large account transactions are handled well.Attends to customer complaints with the direction of promoting goodwill.Ensures that all large merchandise for pick up are prepared and properly tagged.Coordinated closely with the Buying department to ensure full stock of fast selling items and to avoid stock out of merchandise.Makes recommendation on items and promotio

nducts periodic canvassing or competitor’s price check and submits these to the Sales Manager.Co
nducts splinter meeting for closing shift stockers and operators.Assists Store Managers plan strategies on how to lower inventories due to over stocks.Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior of the Duty Manager.
