Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on business minded Management accountant who can own the delivery of profit, projects and cost centre reporting, budget preparation and coordination, reforecasting, commercial information analysis in general, as well as month end, financial analysis, and board reports preparation for our Australian and international operations.

As this role oversees critical data for a company, your mathematical abilities and business knowledge will be essential.

Requirements:

·       Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance and/or Accounting and CPA would be advantageous

·       With 3-5 years of working experience in management accounting/ financial analysis is required

·       Advanced excel required (pivot tables, vlookups, hlookups, graphs, index match)

·       Business Central experience highly regarded

·       Australian accounting standards knowledge would be an advantage

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Can handle highly confidential information with professionalism

·       Strong ethics and commitment to the company

·       Applicant must be willing to work in Ayala Avenue, Makati City

·       Position is permanent full-time

·       Provide insightful analysis and clear commentary by working with the different Managers on key drivers and performance trends

·       Assist with the development of internal reporting which allows for efficiency of information to be available to make key business decisions.

JOB FUNCTIONS: 

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance – FP&A of Orro Australia:

·         Look after divisional project accounting, utilization reports, timesheet reports

·         Responsible for financial planning and modelling

·         Manages the financial analysis of projects and resolves findings

·         Month end review with budget owners

·         Preparation of Financial Statements on a monthly and/or yearly basis

·         Analysis of variance vs budget

·         Provides insightful analytics on what happened, how it compares to prior reporting, etc.

·         Budget preparation and coordination with the different departments

·         Reforecast of financial statements or models based on business assumptions

·         Cashflow forecast and planning

·         Data integrity, accuracy and on-time delivery

·         Work independently and in conjunction with team members across the business

·         Confident and professional when dealing with managers, colleagues and external auditors

·         Adhere to policies, standards and guidelines

·         General Ledger account reconciliations

·         Adhoc tasks
