Job Description

Sales & Client Care Representative/s are the principal point of contact between a business and its customers. The role ensures current & new customers have the right services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers.

The role act as the face of the company, sales & client care representatives may do everything from contacting clients to monitoring the competition, all while maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Job Functions:

Open and maintain client accounts by recording account information and monitoring from sales team.Selecting and explaining the best solution or pathway to take, ensure that they are convinced with the truthful of Secure Visa’s services.Recommend potential services by collecting customer information and analyzing customer profile.Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing customer informationContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededManage large amounts of incoming callsGenerate sales leadsBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsMeet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotasHandle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesGo the extra mile to engage customersResolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media (as necessary)Use company communication channels to reach out to customers and verify account informationAdvise on company informationAct as the company gatekeeperAttempt to persuade customer/s to avail services-pathways.Inform customer of deals and promotionsUtilize computer technology and other tools to handle high call volumesWork with client service manager to ensure proper customer service-sales is being deliveredClose out or open call records and sales.Compile reports on overall customer satisfactionOther ad-hoc tasks instructed by the Sales Manager, GM, President and Directors
