Sales & Client Care Representative/s are the principal point of contact between a business and its customers. The role ensures current & new customers have the right services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers.
The role act as the face of the company, sales & client care representatives may do everything from contacting clients to monitoring the competition, all while maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities.
