This position is responsible in growing Japanese business &/or Japan trade lane and develop Japanese MNCs. Managing the account relationships with Japanese key and target customers to ensure achievement of sales and profit objectives.

nal account customers, Japan MNC’s, Japan companies in the PH to ensure growth and excellent customer service is provided and support annual sales and profit goals for assigned accounts. Maintain internal relatio
nships with operations departments to ensure co
ntinual and co
nsistent service is provided and work with the network, global account team and other key account managers, Japan MNC leads in the region to assure region-wide and global strategies are implemented within the country. Develop strategies to maintain and grow business. Participate in RFQ pricing, narrative respo
nses and development and implementation of rates and tariffs sold globally, regio
nally and in-country. Establish operatio
nal objectives and assignments to assure all aspects of commitments to the customer are met. Respond to customer issues and concerns, create innovative and profitable solutions for in-country services and in support of the region-wide and global strategy for the customer. Support in the settlement of billing disputes and collection of assigned accounts.Properly file, update and safekeep all pertinent docu
ments/records of the company. Provide complete and timely docu
ments/reports (i.e. job performance report, etc) required by co
ncerned departments. Perform other duties as required.
SKILLS REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College/University Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or any related field of study. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is necessary for the position. Applicants should possess good English communication skills With experience and background in Logistics and Freight Forwarding
