MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Selling Skills, Good Interpersonal Skills, Good communication skills;, Good presentation skills.Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.Knows how to drive automatic and manual transmissionWith valid driver's license The Franchise Manager will be responsible in the planning and managing the business of the company. He will be responsible in: Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.Research and build relationships with new clients.Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet thesethink strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the businessForecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.Ensure that the company is in compliance with legal and statutory policies and procedures.Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.Develop the training program.Conduct the trainings as per the program.Ensure that its staff are trained enough to provide the series experience in line with company's customers' policy.
