The Manager for Brand Operations Processes, Planning, and Control ensures the successful delivery of the Marketing Divisions annual operating plan through the design and implementation of effective and efficient processes, controls, and integrated planning systems. S/he also takes the lead in managing the divisions innovation portfolio and A&P budget, ensuring adherence to the committed annual operating plan. S/he also represents Jollibee marketing in cross functional and corporate projects related to overall product development, packaging development, and process development.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
