Job Description
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree; preferably with Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.Required skill(s): proven experience as general manager or other managerial positions, strong background in facility management or similar industry, commercial approach to service delivery, track record of setting and meeting financial/productivity targets, excellent organizational and leadership skills, outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.Required language(s): English, FilipinoAt least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Directors specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Description:

Assist the Managing Director to ensure the smooth operations of the Company.Build and maintain productive relationships with key clients, internal groups within the Company, suppliers and partners.Become a strategic partner with assigned accounts by consulting with a high degree of industry expertise and knowledge, raising the level of contact and staying visible within the account.Regularly meet with internal parties, e.g., Services and Engineering teams; as well as exetrnal parties, e.g., supplier and partners, in order to understand and implement customer, technology, and product strategies.Identify opportunities with client environments for solutions or new services.Negotiate with and sell to senior level executives, management and staff within the assigned accounts.Expand our market share within assigned accounts by developing and following specific account plans and by providing customers with creative and mutually beneficial proposals and ideas.Create and implement business strategies to improve client retention.
