QUALIFICATION

Eligibility:

Career Service Professional Second Level Eligibility

Education:

Master's degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC

Training:

40 hours of supervisory/ managerial training/learning and development intervention

Work Experience:

4 years of supervisory/ management experience

Competency:

Advance (Level 3) - Integrated Industry and Globalized Outlook, Delivering Solutions; Services and Support to DTI's Stakeholders, and AgilitySuperior (level 4) - Networking and link aging, Delivering Excellent Results, Collaborating, and Exemplifying Professionalism and Integrity
