sed on salary structure and job matrix Salary administration for employee movements (i.e. hiring, promotion, lateral transfer, etc.), guaranteed and variable bonuses, merit increase and payrollParticipate in compensation-related surveys and benchmarking (preferably with experience in Mercer) Co
nduct salary analysis for new hires Co
nduct research and come up with proposals regarding Company benefits enhancement in view of employee welfare
What are the qualifications?
Bachelor's degree in any fieldWith experience in salary surveys (i.e., Mercer)3 - 5 years experience in compensation administratio
