Job Description

Position Summary

This role will be under the supervision of local Recruitment Manager, is responsible for all functions related to the start to end of the recruitment process, up to on-boarding of successful hires within the Firm, and performs other relative duties as required by his/her direct superior.  

Assist in recruitment related matters and ensure compliance and proper implementation of recruitment strategies and objectives as set by the Recruitment Manager.

Qualifications

Good english communications skills (both written and oral) Minimum of 5 years related work experience (3 years of which doing recruitment account management)Full cycle recruitment experienceExperience hiring for various roles (Non-technical, technical, managerial up)Hands-on recruitment experience specifically in shared service or BPO and matrix organization structureIn-depth experience and up to date knowledge on candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidatesExperience on staffing tools and job boards (Taleo, linkedin and Jobstreet)Strong background and experience in stakeholder and candidate management experienceProven success in previous positions (recruitment related)Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office applicationsData driven ability to analyze and use data.

Duties and Accountabilities

Implement and adhere to agreed recruitment strategiesManage recruitng for complex business groupWorks with the hiring manager and stakeholders in a collaborative manner to fulfill the hiring requirements within agreed SLA and ensure process compliance of all parties involved in recruitingConduct regular intake meeting at the start of hiring to acquire a wide understanding of each position’s role and requirementsChampion the use of the system. Manage and comply with required tasks on firm tools ensuring all data is accurate and up to date at all times. For recruitment it is taleo and other job boards.Comply and support all recruitment activity required in implementing recruitment process. Ensure compliance of recruitment team members and send regular update to Recruitment Manager: (Sourcing, Interview, Offer, On boarding, Use of firm tools (ATS))         Responsible for document control and database management for all standard documentation that supports the recruitment processesParticipates in the exchange of feedback with the hiring managers and stakeholders, and provides hiring recommendations as applicableReligiously calibrate with operations to further refine the hiring requirements as needed, and provide informed recommendations on the direction of the search, as applicableCoordinate with new hire info to Human Resources, Learning and Development, IT and Facilities teams for the On-boarding of successful hiresMaintains necessary trackers and performs other related recruitment administrative tasksDisplay professionalism and abide by high ethical standards at all times as the frontliners of the organizationProvide regular recruitment updates to Recruitment Manager / HR HeadPerforms other ad hoc tasks as needed and/or projects that support to recruitmentAdvance Reporting

Location and Reporting

Will work in EMEA shift but must be amenable to adjusting work schedule according to business needWork location: ATG Towe 2 MakatiWork set-up Hybrid (3x per week onsite)This role will directly report to Recruitment Manager based in Manila.
