Job Description

The HR Business Partner will manage a business unit and will have overall responsibility in acquiring talents of specialist and leadership positions. The role will work closely with the HR Business Partners and Business Unit Managers to develop and implement effective recruitment practice, policy, and procedures for the support and development of high performing teams. The successful candidate will attract the best talents for the business

units through brilliant recruitment strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The following highlights the description, major tasks, duties, and responsibilities of the role:

Designs the selection matrix used in choosing optimum recruitment channel and sourceExplores market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employeesConducts job interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualification match the job requirements and arrange interviews with hiring managers/business unitsMaintains up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, implementing required changes to keep company recruitment processes compliantDirects and supervises the activities of human resources recruitment teamActs as a point of contact for HIRING managers regarding recruitment topicsBuilds quality relationship with internal customers and external associations to identify talents to fill the business requirementsMinimize cost incurred in a recruitment processSets social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in an organizationConducts research to identify and select suitable job advertising optionsParticipates in job fairs and career eventsAdvise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management, labor relations, or related fieldProven experience working as a recruiting specialistSound knowledge of labor legislation and HR practicesProficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as recruitment softwareThe ability to work efficiently under pressureStrong analytical, communication and problem-solving skillsVery good people skills
