The HR Business Partner will manage a business unit and will have overall responsibility in acquiring talents of specialist and leadership positions. The role will work closely with the HR Business Partners and Business Unit Managers to develop and implement effective recruitment practice, policy, and procedures for the support and development of high performing teams. ntact for HIRING managers regarding recruitment topicsBuilds quality relatio

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management, labor relations, or related fieldProven experience working as a recruiting specialistSound knowledge of labor legislation and HR practicesProficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as recruitment softwareThe ability to work efficiently under pressureStrong analytical, communication and problem-solving skillsVery good people skills
