Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of any 4 year courseWith at least 2 years of working experience in a Construction CompanyPreferable with experience in processing documents to Bureau of CustomsKeen to details and can work with minimal supervisionWilling to work in Makati City

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carrying out other day to day administrative tasks including; ensuring proper maintenance of office supply and site area.Dispatching & receiving documents and all other correspondences. Indexing all documents and filing.Responsible for filling of documents, typing, scanning etc.Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner and coordinate office proceduresResolve administrative problemsFax, Email the Request for Procurement to different suppliers for quotations.Negotiates final quotation and Issue a Purchase Order (P.O.) to Supplier with the approval of the Managers and the Requesting End users.Coordinate with BOC from time to timeonce Issue the P.O., Monitoring, follow up the status of Material Deliveries based on the Schedule stated in the P.O.Monitoring and Coordinating with the Managers and Engineers regarding the Deliveries of their Requested Materials if it is in Good Quality and Condition.Control and In-charge of Company’s Warehouse Trucking Schedule and Delivery of Materials at Project SiteChecking & Signing of Purchased Order.Source out and evaluate New Suppliers based on Criteria/Checklist stated under ISO Standards.Prepares and Issue ISO required documents such as Supplier’s Accreditation, Supplier’s Annual evaluations, supplier’s Certification of Accreditations for New Suppliers.Maintain and Updates Electronic and Manual Records of Suppliers List of the Company.Secure All Company documents at All Times.Recommend Changes for the Improvement in the System, Methods and Procedures.Abides with the Company Rules and Regulation
