This is role is responsible for providing administrative support to CCL and the Center to ensure smooth operations of the office in close coordination with Site Services, Security, IT, HR, Employee Engagement, onboarding and Training, HSE, Procurement and other relevant teams.
Major tasks and responsibilities of position
Work with the CCL lead, Executive Assistant, and Administrative Assistant in the implementation of Center Support strategy for GBS Manila.Act as the first line of escalation before a site issue reaches the CCL lead and the Managing Director.Co
nduct regular coordination meetings with Site Services, Security, IT, HR, Employee Engagement, o
nboarding and Training, HSE, Procurement and other relevant teams.Manage co
ntracts with vendors in coordination with Co
ntract Center.Process accreditation requirements for new suppliers in close coordination with Master Data.Provide helpful information on processing of travels, IT equipment requests, site-related requests, and the like.Escalate issues on procurement and travel to proper teams for handling and resolution.Coordinate with Site Services for site and employee services planning.Support company engagement activities.Work on ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Managing Director and CCL lead.
