Job Description

Responsibilities:

Operation Tasks

 Assist the loss adjusters in processing the claims Coordinates with the adjusters and clients with the claim documents and other files Provides status reports and other data needed by the Clients Email and phone coordination with the clients.Follow the Standard level Agreement both internal & external in claim processingCommunicate well with local & foreign client, if necessaryExperience from other Insurance adjusting company is an advantageStrong communication skills

Administrative Tasks

Assist the corporate manager and technical consultantMaintain office neatness and complianceAssist in government files and other compliance, if necessaryCoordinates with the supplier, contractors and bldg adminCan do multitasking in a fast-paced environmentQuarterly submission of report to Regional & Insurance CommissionPrepare Accreditation and other legal documents for complianceDetail-oriented and is able to work well under pressureGood computer skill is a must

FInance Tasks

Can process payables, if necessaryAssist the Finance Manager in preparing BIR 2307Air Booking and Car BookingCan do other related finance tasks

QUALIFICATION

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/ Office Management/ or equivalaentAt least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Knowledge in the field of Insurance adjusting and finance are advantage,
