Key Result Areas:
Storing
· Adhere to SODEXO WAY Service standards
· Ensure all merchandise entering the storeroom is recorded properly.
· Ensure all merchandise leaving the storeroom has gone through established quantity par or minimum required stock.
· Update record card daily.
· Update information with Purchasing Department and Unit Manager regularly.
· Participate in monthly storeroom inventory check.
· Report of the discrepancies of the record and the actual stock.
Receiving
· Receive daily all merchandise from suppliers.
· Check quality, quantity, expiry date and unit price of each items
· Make sure proper storage procedures are followed.
· Make sure proper authorization or requisition is made.
· Issue food and stored items according to the requisition.
· Prepare market list daily.
· Report breakage and spoilage.
· Report obsolete and slow-moving items to Unit Managers.
· Maintain sanitation in receiving and store area.
· Ensure required temperature in store areas and freezers.
· Maintain good filing system.
Key Competencies:
· Computer knowledge
· Some experiences in a similar field.
· Diploma or higher vocational school certificate
· Understanding the Business Cycle and accuracy.
