Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Commerce or equivalent.• Preferably with 1- 2 years experience in sales• Working experience in handling international account is an advantage• Articulate in English both oral and written• With Positive outlook and smart; result oriented• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organization• Proven ability to drive the sales process• Applicants must be willing to work in CUBAO,QUEZON CITY.• 6 Full-Time position(s) available. JOB DEscriptION: •  Servicing existing accounts, obtain orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call or email on existing or potential clients• Submits orders by referring to price list and product information• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results report• Call or email existing or potential clients to promote or sell products• Assist customer needs and requirements• Respond to customer inquries and resolve issues• Ensure the correct products are delivered to the customers in a timely manner• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company customer base and ensures its strong presence• Present sales revenue and expenses reports, realistic forecast to the management team• Identify emerging markets and markets shift while being fully aware if new products and competition status• Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives• Maintain records and filing system for accounts of the team• Equipped to perform basic data analysis, to understand problems and implement solutions• Able to understand and execute instructions with minimal supervision BENEFITS: • Direct Hiring• Regular working schedule (9 am to 6 pm)• Perfect Attendance Bonus• Employee Referral program• Health Card• Personal Accident Insurance• Profit Sharing (Non Sales)• Commissions (Sales)• Convertible Vacation/Sick leaves• Car Plan (Supervisors and Managers)• Comprehensive Trainings and team buildings
