Job Summary:

The documentation Officer is in-charge of documentation, evaluation, and processing of accounts for delivery to the financing institutions. Performs backroom services to ensure accounts will be taken out with financing

institutions based on milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare communication letters to clients.Collate and execute loan documents.Profiling of accountsevaluation and monitoring of completion of documentsStatus Monitoring and Updating of accounts managedProgress Monitoring based on milestones (Post Booking to Loan Takeout).Provide assistance to the team.Perform tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

College graduate of 4-year course, business degree.Preferably with at least 1-year relevant experience in loans processing and/or customer servicing but not required.Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other MS Offices.Flexible and adaptable to change, resourceful, trustworthy, open to criticism, positive attitude, compassionate, professional, team player, respectful, service excellence, innovative.Must be willing to work onsite at Tinio Mandaluyong City.
