Key Roles:
1. Managing set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with accepted accounting principles, policies and audits.
2. Analysis and reconciliation of accounts and development and implementation of accounting processes and protocols.
3. Continuous improvement of system efficiencies and business practices.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a CPA.
2. At least 5 years experience in a large scale manufacturing company/industry.
3. Strong background on financial and audit compliance.
4. Process improvements.
5. Accuracy, analysis and attention to details.
6. Strong leadership and good communication skills.
