Our client is a growing Australian Accounting Firm seeking a competent Bookkeeper with previous Australian bookkeeping / accounting experience. Collective Outsourcing is proud to be associated with this client, providing qualified and capable offshore support.

What you would be doing:

BAS and IAS (GST & PAYG)Payroll TaxRFBT (Reportable Fringe Benefit Tax)STP Finalisation and Reporting (i.e End of Year PAYG Recon)Sales Invoicing (AR)Bills payment (EFT batch, BPAY)Bank ReconciliationAccounts ReconciliationNew Client set upPreparation of Financial Statements and Management ReportsMonth end journals and adjustments

What you will need:

Bookkeeping experience with Australian accountsTo be comptent using Xero and MYOB softwareExperienced in posting transactionsExperience in preparing paymentsPayroll processing knowledge and experienceExperience with Month end reconciliations (bank recs etc)Experience preparing Financial StatementsSome knowledge of BAS completionStrong verbal and written English skillsHigh attention to detail

Salary level will depend on technical skills and experience.
