Oversee the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department’s goals and objectivesPlan, oversee, and implement various sections of the accounting department including general accounting, accounts payable trade and non-trade, credit management, billing and collections, and othersDirect and coordinate all activities related to the professional financial management of the organizationOversee the preparation of financial statements and management reportsConduct periodic review of financial activities, develop accounting policies, and implement internal control measures to ensure integrity of all financial transactionsEnsure compliance with government requirements for financial transactionsTrain and develop competency of accounting staff and motivate them to achieve objectives. Job Qualifications:
