ROLE PURPOSE:
Our Pharmacy Manager is responsible for planning, organizing & leading the pharmacy team/s to achieve highest level of online & Offline (O+O) customer service, retail sales productivity, retail process and good pharmacy practice to deliver sustainable sales, higher profitability targets and compliant pharmacy operations. He/She also is responsible in championing the implementation and evaluation of all health categories/brand building initiatives and pharmacy workforce programs.
This role focuses on:
Driving, mo
nitoring and reviewing sales performance and recommending action plans to deliver sales budget and store profitability.Ensuring co
nsistency in execution of Brand of Service Standards when dealing with customers (internal or external) and compliance in all regulatory requirements and act as pharmacist-in-charge/point of co
ntact for regulatory matters./Performing necessary functions for all digitally enabled services.Managing ROS compliance (inventory & till) to work on shrinkage below tolerance level.Mo
nitoring of store’s co
ntrollable expenses and recommends cost efficiency measures to increase productivity & profitability.Adhering to health protocols and implementing crisis management plans to mitigate risks to provide employees and customers safe and clean store environment.Building network as liaison to lessors and local partners in the professio
nal association and pharmacy schools for better communication and coordination needed to support the business and future workforce requirements.Sustaining team engagement and performance thru coaching, counseling, motivating and disciplining employees

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professio
nal License (Passed Board/Bar/Professio
nal License Exam), Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Healthcare - Pharmacy, Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.1 Full-Time position(s) available.Candidate MUST BE A LICENSED PHARMACISTRequired skills:Sales management,/Salesdelivery, customer service delivery, retail process management, resource and cost management, Good Pharmacy Practice.Must be willing to be assigned at Watsons Canaynay Paranaque.
