Assists Value Care clients regarding health problems/needs, maintain medical records and answers queries regarding their plan benefit, consultation, admission and utilization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Nursing or any medical related coursespreferably with BOSH certification is an advantage but not required.Anyone with relevant customer service experience.Good oral and written communication skills.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Minimum 2 years experience in corporate clinic management is an advantage but not required..Must be willing to work in BGC
