The Philippine Loyalty and Payments Specialist is responsible for the in-country activation, commercial growth and partnerships within the loyalty and payments program. To team with regional International Fuel & Lubricants Consumer Experience teams, regional Loyalty & Payments Specialist, Develop and deploy in-country loyalty and payments program initiatives, offers and communications. Monitor performance for effectiveness of program in consumer engagement and business generation. Coordinate with regional team, local stakeholders, and business partners to implement integrated loyalty and payment program and deliver enhanced consumer experience.
Loyalty
Responsible for the assessment, development, execution and implementation of Caltex Rewards program together with in-country Loyalty program, key partners that support our objectives for a differentiated Proprietary Loyalty Program with preferred partner(s) (which may include conglomerates, grocers, hypermarkets, department stores, banks, food & beverage outlets, convenience stores, mobile service providers, etc.), growth through strategic partners, improved technology and customized consumer offers, and ultimately leadership in loyalty marketing.

Payments
Responsible for the in-country activation, commercial growth and partnerships within the payments program. Coordinate with regional team, local stakeholders and business partners to implement innovative retail payment solutions and ensure proper operations. Responsible to develop brand and marketing communications to support the payments strategy. Monitor performance for effectiveness of the payments program in the consumer engagement and business generation.
