e(s) and solution(s) to the customer concerned.Performs instrument pre-checking prior to demo
nstration and e
valuation to ensure that instruments are in good working condition.Co
nducts site visits, makes recommendations for proper instrument placement, and provides the hospital staff with an installation plan and schedule.Records, updates, and maintains inventory records for all equipment, instruments, tools, parts, software, and other hardware.Accomplishes all technical docu
mentations and organizes all technical files and data in a traceable manner.Prepares service quotations and mo
nitors the progress of purchase/job orders and delivery. Prepares and submits a service call itinerary in a mo
nthly basis.docu
ments post-service reports and ensures that customer complaints are resolved.Recommends disposition for machine and instrument inventory movements, particularly slow-moving stocks.Follows company policies and procedures, and submits required reportorial requirements.Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Working Arrangement
The position requires 80% or more field time for technical service functions and application support, with the option of working on a flexible work schedule.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate from any engineering course relevant to this Job Description. A PRC license is required for engineering courses with board examination.
Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in electronic, software, and hardware troubleshooting in the In Vitro Diagnostics industry.
